We are excited to invite you to our annual Special Education Transition Fair! This event is designed to provide valuable resources, guidance, and support for students with special needs as they transition from school to post-secondary life.

The Transition Fair will feature a variety of local service providers, agencies, and community organizations that offer support in areas such as vocational training, continuing education, independent living, and employment opportunities. There will also be keynote speakers to discuss DDS, DRS, SSI and Guardianship.
This is a great opportunity for families, students, and educators to connect, ask questions, and gather essential information about available resources and services. We encourage all students, families, and staff members to attend and take full advantage of this event.
