Good attendance is one of the most important factors in the academic success of your child. Please have your child at school every day possible.

It is very important that your child has regular attendance in order to have continuous educational progress. If your child is absent, absences must have a written or verbal explanation provided by the parent/guardian within 48 hours of the child's return to school. An absence for which no acceptable explanation is received shall be unexcused.

If you are the parent/guardian of someone currently enrolled in Tulsa Public Schools, please click here to fill out the back to school form.  

This information makes it possible for Tulsa Public Schools to:

1. Provide free/reduced meals to qualifying students
2. Ensure that the district receives the correct resources to support all students’ learning
3. Connect students with additional services and resources (such as Title X, part C, the McKinney-Vento Assistance Act)

We need ALL Tulsa Public Schools families to complete this form. You will need a student number to complete this form.

• If your child is going to be 4 years old on or before September 1
• If your child is new to the district
• If you have recently moved

How do I enroll my child?

• You must supply the listed required documents.

• Please obey traffic signs and stay alert when driving in a school zone.

• Sign in using your created account and password
• Student data, including class schedules, will be available in August.
